How it works
LOKR is a workspace for your wallet, your data, and what you choose to reveal. It describes what it does, and nothing more.
Overview
| Tool | What it does | Where the data comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet Inspector | Reads a public address, transaction, call or approval. | Live data through a read-only RPC relay and an explorer index. |
| Private Vault | Notes sealed with a passphrase. | Local only: this browser, AES-256-GCM. |
| Screen Privacy | Conceals values in the interface. | Local only: a preference in this browser. |
| Stealth Addresses | ERC-5564 one-time addresses on Robinhood Chain. | Live data: Announcer and Registry on chain 4663. |
The boundary
Every piece of information lives in one of four places. Which one decides who can see it.
Public onchain data
Addresses, balances, transfers, approvals, contract calls, stealth announcements. Everyone, permanently. Nothing in LOKR changes this.
Local private data
Vault ciphertext, preferences, a local activity log. Whoever has this browser profile. Notes are unreadable without the passphrase.
Screen-only privacy
Whatever Screen Privacy conceals. Not the person looking at your screen. The chain and providers see what they saw before.
Stealth payments
Who received a payment can be harder to read. Sender, amount and time stay public. A careless withdrawal links it back.
What LOKR is not
LOKR is not a mixer, a privacy pool, a ZK mixer, an anonymous wallet, or an untraceable transaction system. Connecting a wallet does not make you private. A hidden balance is still on the chain. An ordinary transaction sent from here is as public as one sent from anywhere.
Vault cryptography
Passphrase → PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA-256 (600,000 iterations, 16-byte salt) → KEK. The KEK wraps a 256-bit vault key with AES-256-GCM. Each note is sealed with a fresh 96-bit IV. A forgotten passphrase cannot be recovered.
Stealth addresses (ERC-5564)
The standard Announcer is at 0x5564…5564 and the Registry at 0x6538…6538. LOKR probes those addresses live. If they have no code, the UI says integration is required and does not invent payments.
Unaudited
This application is unaudited. Software is provided as-is and should be independently reviewed before handling real assets.
